INVARFinance

Our model

Mentoring, optional in-house processing, compliance inside the business, and a commission structure that is written down. Here is how it actually works.

Mentoring

Weekly check-ins, file reviews and a two-year program built around real scenarios. Aaron works with you on the files, not from the sidelines.

In-house processing

Optional support with data entry, documents and settlement follow-through, so you can spend time on clients. You only use it if you want it.

Compliance

Neal oversees the licence, onboarding and file standards. The compliance framework sits inside Invar, not in a portal you are left to interpret alone.

Commission structure

A clear, tiered split that improves with production. We will walk through the numbers with you, including what changes when you graduate.

Lender panel

Access across residential, commercial, SMSF, asset and specialist lending through our aggregation arrangements. More options for the clients you can help.

Training and community

Onboarding, Infynity training, quarterly group days and a small cohort. Built to feel like a practice, not a call centre.

Questions brokers actually ask

Direct answers. Where a contract term is not final, we say so rather than bluff.

Do I have to use the in-house processing service?

No. It is optional. Brokers who prefer to process their own files can do so. Brokers who want support with data entry, assessment, document collection and settlement follow-through can opt in. The fee is based on loan size, and you only pay when you use it.

Why do you charge for processing when other groups say it is included?

Some groups bundle processing into a flat fee that every broker pays, whether they use it or not. Invar charges only the brokers who use the service, so you are not subsidising someone else’s file load. You pay for what you actually use.

What commission split do I get?

During the Mentor Program you start at 80/20. You can move to 85/15 at $12.5 million settled in a year, or 90/10 at $20 million. Once graduated, the standard split is 90/10, with a 95/5 high-performer tier if the preceding year’s production reaches $20 million. Experienced brokers joining outside the program start at 90/10.

How quickly will I be writing loans?

That depends on your pipeline and how you use the support. We will talk through a realistic first-year picture when we meet, rather than give you a number that does not fit your situation.

Am I locked into a contract?

We will confirm the actual terms when we speak. If you are comparing groups, ask us this directly. We would rather be clear than hide it in fine print.

Do I keep my own clients and trail if I leave?

This is a common and fair question. We will state the position explicitly in the conversation and in the agreement, so you are not left guessing.

What support do I get as a new-to-industry broker?

A structured two-year mentorship, compliance setup, Infynity training, a weekly check-in, file reviews, access to in-house processing from day one, and quarterly training with the group. We are MFAA members. Endorsed Mentor standing is in progress and will be stated here once confirmed.

What if I am an experienced broker, not new to the industry?

You start at the standard 90/10 split from day one, with no mentorship requirement, and the same processing and compliance framework. If you settle $20 million or more in your first year, the rate can move to 95/5 for the rest of that year.
