Director and Head Broker
Aaron leads client lending, broker recruitment and the mentorship program. He is the key person on Invar’s Australian Credit Licence, an MFAA member, and holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Director, Compliance
Neal is responsible for compliance strategy, the licence, broker onboarding and file standards. For a newly issued ACL, that sits at director level on purpose.
In-house processing
Brad runs loan administration: data entry, document collection, consistency checks and follow-through to settlement. Brokers who opt into processing work with him.
